First 350 MW Supercritical CFB Low Heat Coal Fired Unit with dry FGD System Successfully Achieved Ultra low Emission and Passed 168 h Performance Test
On September 18th, 2015, Power Plant 1# of Jinneng Group in Shanxi, the worldwide first 350MW supercritical CFB low heat coal fired unit with Dry Multi Emission Control (D-MEC) system successfully achieved ultra low emission and passed 168h performance test.
The power plant 1# firstly adopts the world's first 350MW supercritical CFB boiler which is designed and manufactured by Dongfang Boiler Group Co., Ltd., applying with Dry Multi Emission Control (D-MEC) system which is supplied by Aircleanings Technology Ltd.and has successfully passed 168 h performance test just for one time. All the operation emission data are better than the design values. According to the display of the qualified CEMS instruments which are checked by Shanxi Environment Monitoring Central Station, the outlet values of D-MEC system are as below: NOx＜41.2mg/Nm3，SO2＜15.1mg/Nm3，dust＜0.16mg/Nm3.
